At Bodybuilding Warehouse, we want you to be fully satisfied with your supplements and fitness gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original containers, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the parcel.
Ship the Items
Send your package via a tracked courier service to our main distribution hub; please retain your proof of postage until the return is processed.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or apply store credit within 5-7 business days.
